The society is divided into Block A, Block B, Block C, Block D and the Executive Block, and each one differs in plot sizes, location on the master plan, development and price. This guide explains what to compare, and links every block to its live page, so you always see the plots that are for sale today.

How to choose the right block
1. Start with your budget and plot size
Decide first between 5 Marla, 8 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal or larger. Not every block has every size available for resale at the same time, so check the block pages above for the sizes on offer. A smaller plot in a well-placed block is often a better buy than a larger plot in a poor location.
2. Look at where the plot sits inside the block
Two plots of the same size in the same block can have very different prices. Things that add value (and usually extra charges):
- Corner plots – two open sides, more light and frontage.
- Main boulevard or main double road (MDR) – easy access and better resale.
- Park facing – open views and a quieter street.
Also check what is around the plot: nearby graveyards, high-tension lines, nullahs or commercial areas can lower or raise its value.
3. Check development and possession
Ask whether the block has roads, electricity, water and sewerage in place, and whether possession is available for the plot you want. A developed block with possession costs more, but you can build straight away. An undeveloped block costs less but needs patience.
4. Verify the paperwork before you pay
- Confirm the plot number and block on the official master plan.
- Ask for the NDC (No Demand Certificate), which confirms no dues are pending with the society.
- Check that the seller's name matches the society's records and that the plot can be transferred.
- Find out the society's transfer fee and who pays it.
