1. Who we are

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Faisal Town Group > Verified Properties, the operator of this website and CRM. “Visitors” are people browsing our public pages, and “users” are staff or agents who sign in to the CRM.

2. Information we collect

From visitors to the public website

• You can browse listings, maps and Plot Finder without creating an account or giving us any personal details.
• Like most websites, our server records basic technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
• If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we receive the details you choose to share (for example your name, number and the property you are interested in).

From CRM users (staff and agents)

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, optional profile photo and a password (stored only in securely hashed form).
• Preferences: settings such as currency and display options.

Information entered into the CRM about other people

Our team records information needed to handle property enquiries and deals, which can include:

• Leads and clients: name, phone number and notes or comments about their requirements.
• Property inventory: project, block, plot number, size and type, demand and actual prices, the owner or client name, registration or form numbers, descriptions and map links.
• Plot locations: map pins marking where plots are on society master plans.
• Other records our team keeps in the CRM, such as tasks, expenses and invoices.

If you are a buyer, seller or client and have shared your details with us, this is where they are kept.

3. What is shown publicly

Only a limited, safe set of inventory fields appears on the public website: project, block, plot number, plot size, property type, description, demand price, map links and the plot's location on the map.

4. How we use information

• To show available properties and their locations on our website.
• To respond to enquiries and arrange viewings, purchases and sales.
• To manage leads, clients, inventory and related records in our CRM.
• To operate, secure and improve the website and CRM, and to prevent misuse.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Sharing & third-party services

We share information only where needed to run our services, to complete a property transaction you are involved in, or where required by law. Our public pages load content from the following services, which receive your IP address and basic browser information when they deliver it to you:

These services process data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, a court order or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

6. Cookies & local storage

• Essential cookies: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie that keep the website working and protect forms. They are required and do not track you across other sites.
• Local storage: some CRM tools used by our staff remember small conveniences (such as the last values used) in the staff member's own browser. This stays on their device. The public website does not use it.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time.

7. Your location

Our maps have an optional “show my location” button. If you use it, your browser asks for permission and your position is used only inside your browser to place a dot on the map. It is not sent to or stored on our servers.

8. Security

CRM access requires a signed-in account, passwords are stored hashed, and each account can only see its own organisation's records. Access to features such as deleting data is limited by user roles. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information.

9. Retention

We keep CRM records for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, for example while a property is listed, a deal is ongoing, or records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons. Records are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Listings are removed from the public website once they are no longer available.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop contacting you about properties.

To make a request, contact us. We may need to confirm your identity first.

11. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the website or CRM after changes means you accept the updated policy.

By using the Faisal Town Group > Verified Properties website or CRM, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Property listings

• Listings are provided for general information and do not form an offer or a contract.
• Properties are subject to availability and may be sold, withdrawn or changed without notice.
• Prices shown are demand prices and may be negotiable, unless a listing is clearly marked as a final price.
• Sizes, descriptions and other details are given in good faith but may contain errors. Please confirm all details before making any decision.

3. Maps & plot locations

• Master-plan overlays come from third-party sources and may be approximate, outdated or not perfectly aligned with satellite imagery.
• A plot's exact location, dimensions and status must be verified with the relevant society or development authority, and on site, before any purchase.

4. Enquiries & dealings

• Contacting us about a listing does not create any obligation on either side.
• Any purchase, sale or booking is governed by the separate agreement and documents signed for that transaction.
• You are responsible for your own checks, including title, documentation, dues and approvals. We recommend independent legal advice for property transactions.

5. Staff accounts & the CRM

If you have a CRM account:

• Keep your login details confidential and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only enter information you are entitled to record, and only for legitimate business purposes. Make sure leads and clients know their details are being kept.
• Treat all CRM data as confidential. Do not copy, export or share it outside the organisation except as needed for your work.
• Keep records accurate, and do not publish a listing unless it is genuinely available.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put data at risk.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy or harvest listings or map data in bulk (for example by scraping or automated downloads);
• try to access areas, accounts or data you are not authorised to use, or interfere with the website's security or operation;
• use the website to post or send false, misleading, unlawful or abusive content;
• present our listings, maps or content as your own.

7. Content & ownership

The website's design, text and listing content belong to Faisal Town Group > Verified Properties or are used with permission. Map imagery, master plans and fonts belong to their respective owners and are shown under their own terms. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Third-party links & downloads

Our pages may link to or download files from third-party sites (such as WhatsApp, Google Drive, Dropbox or map providers). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

The website and CRM are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faisal Town Group > Verified Properties is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing information, maps or plot locations, from interruptions or errors in the service, or from decisions made without independent verification. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
